    LibertyBank, the largest privately-held community bank in Oregon, has signed an agreement to participate in the MoneyPass surcharge-free ATM Network. With 15 offices and ATMs located throughout Oregon, LibertyBank will now be able to grant its clients access to more than 12,000 MoneyPass ATMs located across the United States.
